How often have you missed a genuine email because it’s been caught up in your Junk Mail? Why does a legitimate email always go to Junk Mail?

Here are three very quick simple steps to stop this happening.


Over the pastel blue, click the mouse and follow the instruction to “Move to Inbox”.


Once you email is in your Inbox, find Junk that will be located in the Home tab/ribbon.


Now select “Never Block Sender” and then all future emails will not be confined to your Junk Mail.
